One Studio | Complete Fitness

 

With a cycling rich tradition in Bloomington, Ethos Fitness started as the premier cycling studio and has been loved by experienced cyclists as well as the novice. Since then, we have evolved beyond cycling to include a full menu of fitness options from rowing, yoga, TRX, High Intensity Interval training, Barree inspired classes and strength training. We design workout experiences that are focused on functional strength and daily living. Ethos Fitness is the go to location for safe, motivational and achievable workouts for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.

The Workouts

High energy, motivating music, fitness workouts based on functional movements on bikes, rowers, body weights, and even on the mat! During the Covid pandemic we were able to create a virtual community and offer safe outdoor programming when the weather permitted. At Ethos we believe in inspiring people to live their best life during and after a workout. Here's what to expect during a live Zoom workout.

Personal Training

Whether you are looking to feel better, lose weight, improve your core strength, increase overall functional movement, or perform better for a specific sport or activity, our nationally certified personal trainers will help you reach your goals. Scheduling is flexible and sessions are available in 60-minute increments.

Why Ethos?

We believe that exercise is transformational. The connection between a healthy body and a healthy mind has been studied for centuries, but the transformational power of exercise goes beyond inches, pounds and clothing sizes.

The Instructors

At Ethos Cycling the credibility of our brand is reflected in the professional training of our  instructors.  All Ethos instructors are nationally certified and bring road cycling, triathlon, and group fitness experience to their classes.

Your First Workout

We are thrilled that you plan to join us for your first workout. Our instructors will walk you through your first workout (including a bike fitting or rower set up if it’s your first time riding with us) to ensure your comfort and safety. We have put together a few pointers to make your first Ethos visit fun and rewarding! We Are Local 

Ethos Fitness is a local female owned and operated fitness brand. Our founders hold with national and international certification credentials. Members of the Ethos Fitness team are affiliated with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and are continuing education providers for both NASM and ACE.

We are located across from Vibe Yoga’s main studio building and next to their auxiliary studio. Look for the door with the Ethos Fitness logo and you've found us.

From Kinser Pike:

If heading North on Kinser Pike, pass 17th Street

Turn right onto W Vaughn Clipp Way

Take the second right.

Then take your first left and the Ethos Fitness door is immediately on your left. Look for the Ethos Flag.

 

 

From College Ave:

Turn Right onto W Vaughn Clipp Way

Once you see La Bonita Turn left 

Make the first right. 

Drive towards the apartments and on your right at the back of the building you will see the Ethos Fitness door. Look for the Ethos Flag.
