What inspires you?
I am a successful mountain bike competitor and ultra-endurance racer, I understand biking as a totality of human body and machine.
I have self-coached myself and tested different training approaches and I would like to share this experience and knowledge with others.
What’s your fitness background?
As long as I can remember I was riding a bike. When I grew older I began racing mountain bikes. Biking was my passion but I also got involved in snowboarding and windsurfing. Having immigrated to the United States I have continued biking and racing in the Midwest and in the South.
Any cycling, academic background or certifications?
Studied and practiced engineering in my profession. Currently I am enrolled in a Kinesiology degree to understand more deeply what I have learned by many years of active engagement in sports.
Certified by Schwinn as an Indoor Cycling instructor.
What do you like about cycling at Ethos?
Cycling is both an individual and a group sport: one competes as much with one’s weaknesses as with other cyclists, and this is what I love about it. I am proud to be a part of “Ethos.”
