45 min - The perfect workout to familiarize yourself with the gear, power and watts, bike set-up, and intensity of a cycling workout. Take this class first if you are not familiar with indoor cycling, or stay in this class for the solid workouts and endless motivation.
45-min. or 60-min - A mixed-terrain workout blending steady-state sets and varied intervals. This class guarantees your exercise fix for the day and with the added perk of group camaraderie!
60-min - Whether you compete in triathlons, duathlons, or road races, this class is the perfect road workout substitute. Extensive intervals, negative splits, and other demanding sets will be a part of each workout, along with a race simulation component. Tell your coach that you're in good hands.
60-min - Video + Workout + Music + Storyline = SUF Cycling. Put yourself into the excitement of world-class bike racing and tours through stunning visual landscapes, effective high-intensity/low-volume workouts true to outdoor cycling, great soundtracks, and engaging stories. These sessions are not led by an instructor, but are video-based and designed by the same people who train professional cyclists and Olympic athletes
50-min - The ultimate 50min blend of cardio and strength. Ethos Strong couples an efficient drills based ride with full body strength moves fused to give you the perfect workout!
45-min - Sweat to the beat, ride to the rhythm and get an amazing 45min cardio workout. Ethos Beats is designed to transport you to your favorite dance club and lift your mood!
Ethos :30 Gear Up:
30-min - New to indoor cycling? Want a personalized onboarding coaching session to Ethos Cycling? This free 30min block is it! You will have a custom bike fit and riding technique taster to familiarize you with our classes. First three 30min sessions are free!
Bricks For Breakfast:
75-Min - Bringing the tried and true triathlon training format to Ethos Cycling! Bundle your Saturday morning with a dynamic 45 mins on the bike followed by 30 mins of running or walking drills. If you’re a budding triathlete or a fitness enthusiast, this is the perfect cardio cross training for you!
Late Cancellation & No Show Policies
All classes must be cancelled 2 hours prior to class time to avoid a late cancel/no-show fees.
Packages – Clients who cancel within two hours of the class start, or who fail to show for class, will have the class deducted from their package.
Passes – Clients who cancel within two hours of the class start, or who fail to show for class, will be charged a $10 fee ($5 for $5 Classes).
